Modified (Apache-2.0 section 4(b)): this file was changed by TheSkillVault on 2026-11-03. The workflow was
rewritten around plain gh CLI commands; the bundled uv/Python scripts, their output markers and the
tool-specific monitor note were removed; an ask-before-push rule, attempt limits, gotchas and a done-when
check were added. It is not the original file. TheSkillVault's changes are licensed under Apache-2.0 as well.
